Refund policy

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend a concert, your tickets are fully transferable to another guest. Simply provide them with your digital or printed ticket for entry. No name change is required, and there are no transfer fees.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

In the unlikely event a concert must be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances — such as inclement weather, venue emergencies, or performer illness — the Fort Smith Chorale will make every effort to notify ticket holders promptly via email, our website, and social media channels.

  • If a concert is rescheduled:
    Previously purchased tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.

  • If a concert is canceled and not rescheduled:
    Ticket holders may choose to donate the value of their ticket to the Chorale (as a tax-deductible contribution) or request a refund within 30 days of notification.

Lost or Unreceived Tickets

If you do not receive your tickets by mail or email, please contact us at info@fortsmithchorale.com or 479.242.SING (7464) for assistance. We can reissue digital tickets or arrange for pickup at the door.

Gift Cards

Fort Smith Chorale gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed online for concert ticket purchases only. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot guarantee seating availability at the door.

Event Changes

Program repertoire, soloists, or venues are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for ticket refunds.
