Delivery Options

When purchasing tickets through the Fort Smith Chorale website, you may choose from the following delivery methods at checkout:

• Mail Delivery – Tickets will be mailed to the address provided at purchase.

• Pickup at the Door – Tickets will be held for you at the concert venue under the name listed on your order.

Mailing Timeline

Tickets selected for mail delivery are typically processed and mailed within 5–7 business days of purchase. For orders placed within 10 days of a concert date, we recommend selecting Pickup at the Door to ensure timely receipt.

Shipping Fees

A small shipping and handling fee may apply to mailed tickets. This fee helps cover postage and administrative costs.

Lost or Undelivered Tickets

If your tickets do not arrive by mail within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@fortsmithchorale.com or 479.242.SING (7464). We’ll be happy to reissue your tickets or arrange for pickup at the door.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your mailing address before completing your order. The Chorale is not responsible for tickets lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Orders

At this time, we are only able to ship tickets within the United States.
